YASproject
The YAS project is about experiencing Yoga, Art and Sound for integral wellbeing.
It is a space where we create different activities to reconnect with your body, mind, emotional body and your soul. Through a movement practice with yoga poses, arte therapy practices and sound healing journeys we will start to liberate, harmonize and empower every part of your being and beyong.
This project can be adapted to retreats, hightschools, bussinesses and private events.
We can also adapt the time of the project depending of the needs of every group or the intention. From one day, one weekend or a week intensive work to once a week or once a month practice during a year.
Intentions and benefits
Maybe you are planing a team building day and you would like something different, something more mindful that at the same time it will benefits the welbeing of your workers or clients. After experiencing the Yas project they will feel more balance, relieve, creative, peaceful (reducing stress and anxiety), with more energy, more connected to themselves and with what they are doing.

This project is also suitable for teenagers and hightshool projects. They will experience the peace and calm after this practices, conecting them with their bodies, calming their minds, being aware and learn to process and observe their emocions. They will be able to be more self-concious and compasionate towards others.
They will learn about themselves and others and so they will be more clear and mindful about their behaviours and actions.
If you are planing to do a private event or a retreat for a group you can also include the YAS project into it, adding yoga classes, art therapy and sound journeys will add masive value to people. You can talk to me about the intentions behind it and we can adapt the practises to that particular intention. That can be to find more creativity, more flexibility, work on specific health issue, getting clear on certain manifestation in their lives and much more.
