Art Therapy
Creating is our nature. Art is a tool we can use to meditate, express emotions, dreams and fears. Art can help you to bring the unconscious into form, to visually express what you can not put into words, to observe and learn about yourself. Is about enjoying the process and forget about any result. In the transpersonal art therapy aproach we connect meditation with art so it becomes also a minfulness practise.

What do we do in a session?
In an art therapy session I will guide you through a meditation to connect with yourself. The session varies depending on the intention, some of them can be meditative practices, others more playfull and in other cases with a more therapeutic aproach. They are all therapeutic anyways.
You will create something that your body and your intuition feel the call to do, something your soul wants to express in that particular moment.
We use acrylics, crayons, collage, photos, or a mixed technique in a total free way that can lead you to discover beautiful things about yourself.
We also use some music in the background and sometimes binaural beats that will help you to relax your rational mind and enjoy the creative process.
