The Kundalini Energy

What happens in a session?
The Kundalini Activation consists in one hour session where you will lying down and hear some music while the facillitaror work with the energy field.
In a group session the energy of the group can help you to unblock certain emocions, to release all judment and realise we are all one. In a private session you can have more privacy and you may feel more relaxed to let go.
Either way every session is unique and very different . It is an pportunity to connect with youself, your body and your soul, to release what we need to let go and come back to our true nature and our creative power.

Contraindications
You should not attend a Kundalini session if you are taking medication to treat epilepsy, depresion, heart problems, psicosis, schizophrenia or another mental health issue or if you are more than 6 months pregnant.
