Hello, my name is Laura and I work with Yoga, Music, Art and Energy.
I studied art history and art therapy, hatha and vinyasa yoga, sound therapy and energy healing.
I have been teaching and working with groups for more than 8 years.
I am originally from Gran Canaria and have lived and trained in Ireland, UK, India and Spain.
I consider myself to be a highly sensitive person, a curious mind and a free spirit.
I share the power of these natural medicines to help you in the process of healing, change and empowerment.
Lets raise the vibration of the planet together!
